Categories of information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to help you evaluate coverage.

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and city or state
  • Preferences: preferred language, preferred contact method and preferred contact time
  • Inquiry details: the coverage you are asking about and any notes you provide
  • Consent records: what you agreed to, when, and the version of the notice shown
  • Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the site
  • Health-related information: collected only through a secure intake process, only with your explicit consent, and only when it is needed to compare coverage

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, schedule and conduct consultations, compare appropriate coverage options, submit applications you authorize, meet legal and carrier recordkeeping obligations, and protect the security of our systems.

Who may access or receive it

Authorized agency personnel with a business need. Insurance carriers, only when you authorize an application or quote. Service providers that operate our website, email, scheduling and storage under contract. Regulators or other parties where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for the period stated in our retention schedule; records connected to an insurance application are retained for the longer period required by carriers and applicable insurance regulations. When a retention period ends, records are securely deleted or de-identified.

[Confirm specific retention periods with the agency and its compliance advisor before launch.]
